Yomper Chassis previously being stripped bare, blast cleaned, then refinished with a series of protective coatings to better than OE specification. Note the new fuel, brake, suspension bushings & transfer box mountings used. Nothing is left to chance, ensuring the best possible finished vehicles for our customers.

Our custom made heavy duty springs facilitate Yomper with a true 500kgs load capacity. Body control is taken care of by the fitment of fully adjustable damping rate, heavy duty GAZ shocks. 

A complete high quality poly bush kit with castor correction  is also fitted. These components give an additional 50mm body lift over the original Jimny ride height and is a standard feature on all Yompers.

All Yomper 4x4 vehicles are fitted with a fully developed rear disc brake conversion, in place of the the original drum brakes which are are discarded. 

Fitting disc brakes totally transforms the braking capabilities of the Yomper,  and the need for ongoing maintenance when used in watery or muddy conditions is reduced to an absolute minimum, whilst still maintaining optimum braking performance.

We always have carefully selected vehicles in stock awaiting conversion. Stock vehicles can be built up to suit exact customers specifications eg specific colour change or camouflage, or other unique for use requirements. (T & C 's apply).

We can also source suitable project vehicles if required, to match customers requirements.

(Please note that not all Jimny's are suitable for Yomper conversion)

Yompers fuel cap is lockable and also recessed out of harms way between the cab and truck body. Its easy to access when refuelling. All fuel lines and hoses meet current safety standards and are clamped with stainless steel attachments throughout.

Image shows the underside of a Yomper 225 Bergan ELB on our rotisserie. Preperation being oxide blasting followed by a series of surface treatments to ensure maximum protection from use / elements. This is better than the original factory rust protection used !

Mounted high up out of harms way Yomper JMV's are fitted with a full Stainless Steel exhaust system which is made for long service life and tuned to run very quietly.

Yomper is fitted with large commercial quality rear view mirrors. These are mounted via heavy duty attachment points to the vehicles body.

Engine bay preperation done correctly!

Strip, Blast clean then eliminate any corrosion, then apply multi-stage protection and paint processes, to ensure maximum life cycle of vehicle.

Engine bay has been completley stripped and then better than original re-finishing back to OE engine bay colour scheme.

Then carefully reassembly of all under bonnet ancilliarys, each component and assembly is fully condition checked and replaced if deemed necessary during this process.

Manufactured exclusively for us using E marked safety glass, with a lockable rear glass sliding window.

Our design creates a far better 'in cab' environment, than using the original Jimny back door glass, which creates the uncomfortable 'heated goldfish bowl' effect. Our custom slider window provides superb ventilation in all situations.

Note - It is possible to specify rear cab window delete as an option this is if a full height rear body or other view excluding rear is to be fitted to the vehicle. We are happy to discuss this during order placement.

The Yompers headlining is refinished in a hardwearing grey fabric. This is also matched to the rear cab inner baulkhead panel. Sound deadening material is also used in this area to help create a surprisingly refined 'in cab' environment.

The simple & logical Jimny cab layout is enhanced by a large screen reverse up camera, and high quality, washable, quilted soft seat covers, and heavy duty  washable work ready cupped type floor protection mats.

This particular vehicle has been retrofitted with air conditioning to customers special order.

The 225 Bergan has been developed to be compact yet practical. Available with a standard or extended load bed this the ELB version will accept 2 bales of hay length ways and fully flat in its reinforced load bed. With a further 3 more ontop and the load & space capacity for more !

 The Bergan really is the ideal 4x4 of choice for any small holding or equestrian user.

 The ELB version has a load capacity of 500kgs. Std deck version is 350Kgs.

A three sided drop (or removable)  panelled aluminum fully flat decked body of 1700mm x 1690mm and a full 500 kgs capacity is standard on the JMV 275 Commercial version of the Yomper. Ladder rack and load restraint points included. Foot steps are optional.

Our attention to detail here can be seen with this example of our lower rear cab, side moulding. Rather than hack up an existing Jimny panel (which is the wrong shape to close off a cab cut anyway) we have produced an integrated panel to fufill this function and the result is a true OE look. We have drawn on our pattern making expertese to make this and the other bespoke panels used in each Yomper.

Built tough to work hard, the Bergan has a deep sided load area. with a rear mounted full size spare wheel and a centrally locked  rear tailgate.  Multiple heavy duty tie down points and 4 floor drians. Boasting  a class leading load capacity of 500Kgs the Bergan is the most classy work horse you can buy in its class !

All Yompers are equipped with 5 new practical all terrain tyres, so you can take Yomper on or off road with confidence.

New commercial quality steel wheels are fitted with 195x80 R15 Insta Turbo Dakkar tyres all are of course balanced.

Popular on our 225 Field Star model are these Agri specification flotation type tyres. These aggressive grip moorland / bogland type pictured are for agri-use only, so the vehicle will be supplied with an additional set of road wheels for regular road use.

Usually supplied with a 3 inch lift kit and our own progressive springs to ensure the correct balance to load set up is mantained.

Modifications to the front and rear mudguards are also made to the standard vehicle to cover the edge of the track width.
